Eco Smart City project is located in subdivision number 2a - Thu Thiem new urban area, Thu Thiem ward, city. Thu Duc, City. Ho Chi Minh. The project inherits a diamond position along the Saigon River and the main road of Thu Thiem with a total investment capital of up to 2.2 billion USD.
